Lake Anna Integrative Care is a cash-based practice. The clinic does not participate with insurance at this time but can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance or HSA for reimbursement or to meet your deductible.

Integrative healthcare is an individualized approach to health promotion and disease prevention that uses evidence-based strategies, both traditional and complementary. The question is not whether a treatment is “traditional” or “alternative,” but whether the evidence supports it and whether it is right for this patient. Care can include nutritional therapies, movement, light therapy, hormones, peptides, and medications.

The practice provides integrative primary care, mental health care, and wellness and medical weight management. Occupational health services for local employers are also available, including CDL physicals, pre-employment exams, and employee drug screening.

Yes. Lake Anna Integrative Care is licensed to treat patients of all ages and welcomes children and adolescents, especially for behavioral and mental health concerns such as ADHD, anxiety, and mood support. However, the practice does not provide full pediatric services like routine well-child exams or vaccinations.

Yes. Same-day appointments are often available for acute illness such as respiratory or gastrointestinal infections. Lake Anna Integrative Care strives to make care accessible locally so patients don’t need to travel outside the community for urgent needs.

Clients can receive primary care and mental health services in the same office with a provider who is responsive and tailors care using integrative and traditional therapies.
